Lizzy, I need a "mission statement" type blub of text here, or like a "why did I buy the Shell" comment.. FROM YOU. What do you LOVE about the Chocolate Shell that made you want to BUY IT and RUN IT-- also, HOW will you be "running it".. staying traditional with the same favorite products for established, reliable customers? If you are changing anything, what? and Why? why is it "better"?
(I;m sure you know the history of the store--how it's remained the same despite new owners, how are you going to keep established/regular customers happy with what "THEY ALWAYS COME HERE TO BUY"
(ie: the permanent staples that have remained the same since it opened.. the buttercrunch, um.. the HUGE chocolate turkey's at Thanksgiving, the huge gummy skull at halloween) but also attract NEW CUSTOMERS?

Do you get what I mean, like the HISTORY of the chocolate shell is that it's always remained the GO TO PLACE in Old Lyme for NICE chocolates, when your good customers come in they might expect that you have what they'd ALWAYS come in to buy..
